Every Impression Counts

Every time someone comes in contact with your brand, an impression is made.  Good or bad, those interactions add up over time. Each of those interactions becomes a page in the larger story that forms in your customer’s mind.

That story can be shaped through thoughtful marketing. From traditional advertising to sponsorships and other creative engagements, you can make a positive and lasting impression on your target audience. With attention to detail and strategic thinking, you can use these mediums to gently guide how customers perceive your company. However, that payoff only happens when you stick with it.

The world’s most powerful brands achieved their status in the marketplace by making a generational commitment to telling their story. They invest in marketing because they know the value of creating positive impressions over and over again. You can enjoy those benefits too.

While your company may not have the budget and bandwidth of Coca-Cola, Nike, or Apple, there’s no shortage of opportunities to leave your best impression on a regular basis. You can use your social media channels, promotional items, and good old-fashioned networking to make your mark. If you can set aside a monthly budget for marketing, those options become even more advantageous.

Our team saw this approach on display last week at the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Community Conference. Each year, hundreds of local business leaders from the capital city gather together to learn about opportunities that can grow their businesses. It’s an important week for us and for our clients in Tallahassee.

Our team helped multiple clients plan, produce, and apply creative concepts that aimed to shape how the market sees their business. We spent some time doing the same for our company too. The payoff was hearing the many compliments and conversations about our work.

The Chamber Conference is a real-time way to test and evaluate our marketing approach. It’s an incredible venue to observe how those intentional marketing impressions add up. Over the course of a few days, we were able to glean incredible insights into how the market perceived our clients. It doesn’t end after the conference though.

We’ll apply those lessons and observations to the impressions we want to make this week, next week, and far beyond. We’ll keep testing and applying. It will even shape how we help clients that are soon to come.

We hold this belief because we’ve seen the proof of its benefit to clients. Telling your story matters. Telling it well and often can change everything.

If you do this well enough and long enough, the volumes of your story become an undeniable narrative. You might not become an international brand, but there’s no reason you can’t become the best in class wherever you are. Every impression counts.

Greetings From the Tallahassee Chamber Conference

Our storytelling team just returned from the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Community Conference in Amelia Island and what a trip it was! We loved having the opportunity to help our clients tell their story at Tallahassee’s “Super Bowl of Business.” From swag bag items and centerpieces to table set ups and social posts, we worked for months to get the details just right for the ambitious businesses we have the pleasure of working with.

We had a tremendous weekend networking with various business leaders from around the Capital City. If you were one of the dozens of folks we talked with thanks for your time and engagement! We can’t wait to follow up on all the conversations we had.
